We strive to deliver excellent service to every client. This policy explains under what circumstances refunds may be issued for our consultancy, scheme assistance, and digital marketing services.

1. Overview & Our Commitment

At All In One Solutions Provider Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering genuine value to every MSME we work with. Our services involve significant professional time, expertise, and resources invested from the moment an engagement begins.

Because our services are knowledge-based and consultancy-driven — not product-based — our refund policy reflects the nature of the work performed. We encourage all prospective clients to discuss scope, expectations, and deliverables clearly before engaging our services.

Note: We offer a free initial consultation before any payment is required. We strongly recommend using this to assess our services before committing.

3. Government Scheme Assistance — Refund Terms

Government scheme assistance involves eligibility assessment, document collection, DPR/business plan drafting, application preparation, and submission — all of which require significant professional effort.

Situations where refunds are NOT applicable:

  • If a government authority, bank, or NBFC rejects a scheme application — the decision rests entirely with the sanctioning authority and is beyond our control.
  • If the scheme application has already been submitted and is under review.
  • If the Client provides incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent documents that result in rejection.
  • If the Client withdraws from the process after the application has been prepared and/or submitted.
  • If the scheme is discontinued or its guidelines change after payment is received.

Situations where partial refunds may apply:

  • If the Client cancels within 7 days of payment and before the application preparation has been completed — a deduction of up to 30% of the fee (for consultation and assessment work already performed) will be applied, and the remaining amount refunded.

Situations where full refunds apply:

  • If we fail to submit the application within the agreed timeline due to our own error or negligence, and this results in the Client being unable to apply.

Government scheme decisions (approval/rejection) are made by sovereign bodies like KVIC, SIDBI, banks, or MSME ministry. These decisions are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for a refund of our service fees.

4. Digital Marketing Services — Refund Terms

Digital marketing services involve creative work, account setup, content development, audience research, and campaign management — all of which require upfront investment of time and resources.

No refund is applicable if:

  • The campaign or service has already been launched or commenced.
  • Content, creatives, or ad copies have already been created and approved.
  • Social media accounts have been set up and managed.
  • You are dissatisfied with results — digital marketing results depend on market conditions, competition, audience behaviour, and other variables outside our control.
  • Cancellation is requested after 7 days from payment.

Partial refund (up to 50%) may apply if:

  • Cancellation is requested within 7 days of payment and before significant work (account setup, content creation, or campaign launch) has been completed.

Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the month's services have commenced. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days within a billing period.

5. Business Consultancy & DPR — Refund Terms

Consultancy services and Detailed Project Report (DPR) preparation involve specialized professional time that begins as soon as an engagement is confirmed.

Full refund applies if:

  • Cancellation is requested within 48 hours of payment and before any work has commenced.

Partial refund (proportional to unworked portion) if:

  • Work has commenced but the deliverable has not yet been shared — a deduction based on percentage of work completed will apply.

No refund if:

  • The deliverable (DPR, business plan, strategy document) has been shared with the Client in any form (draft or final).
  • Consultations worth the full fee value have already been conducted.

6. All-in-One Growth Package — Refund Terms

All-in-One packages combine multiple services and involve immediate allocation of team resources across government scheme assistance, digital marketing, and consultancy.

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of payment with no work commenced: refund of up to 70% of the package fee (30% retained as booking and planning fee).
  • Cancellation after 48 hours or after any component of the package has begun: no refund on the commenced components; remaining unstarted components may be partially refunded at our discretion.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are explicitly non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Government filing fees, portal charges, or any third-party fees paid on your behalf.
  • Any fees paid to banks, NBFCs, or government agencies for application processing.
  • GST and applicable taxes paid on our invoices.
  • Courier or document handling charges.
  • Fees for completed consultations or strategy sessions, regardless of whether you implement the advice.

8. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact us within the eligible refund window via email at vishal@allinoneequip.com or via WhatsApp at +91 99284 12556.
  • Step 2: Provide your name, business name, the service engaged, date of payment, and reason for the refund request.
  • Step 3: We will review your request within 5 business days and communicate our decision in writing.
  • Step 4: If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Refund requests submitted beyond the applicable refund window will not be considered. We strongly encourage clients to raise any concerns early during the engagement rather than after completion.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by writing to vishal@allinoneequip.com with the subject line "Refund Dispute". Our senior team will review the matter and respond within 10 business days.

If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be handled as per the dispute resolution process outlined in our Terms of Service.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Any engagements entered into before a policy change will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of payment.
