Because our services are knowledge-based and consultancy-driven — not product-based — our refund policy reflects the nature of the work performed. We encourage all prospective clients to discuss scope, expectations, and deliverables clearly before engaging our services.

Government scheme assistance involves eligibility assessment, document collection, DPR/business plan drafting, application preparation, and submission — all of which require significant professional effort.

Government scheme decisions (approval/rejection) are made by sovereign bodies like KVIC, SIDBI, banks, or MSME ministry. These decisions are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for a refund of our service fees.
Digital marketing services involve creative work, account setup, content development, audience research, and campaign management — all of which require upfront investment of time and resources.

Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the month's services have commenced. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days within a billing period.
Consultancy services and Detailed Project Report (DPR) preparation involve specialized professional time that begins as soon as an engagement is confirmed.

To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Refund requests submitted beyond the applicable refund window will not be considered. We strongly encourage clients to raise any concerns early during the engagement rather than after completion.
If you are dissatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by writing to vishal@allinoneequip.com with the subject line "Refund Dispute". Our senior team will review the matter and respond within 10 business days.
If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be handled as per the dispute resolution process outlined in our Terms of Service.
We may revise this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Any engagements entered into before a policy change will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of payment.
