1. About Us & Acceptance of Terms

All In One Solutions Provider Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us") provides MSME consultancy services including government scheme assistance, digital marketing, and business consultancy from our offices in Jhalawar, Rajasthan, India.

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry form, or engaging our services — whether verbally, in writing, or through any electronic means — you ("Client", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services We Provide

All In One Solutions Provider Pvt. Ltd. offers the following categories of services:

• Government Scheme Assistance: Eligibility assessment, documentation preparation, application filing, and liaison for schemes such as PMEGP, CGTMSE, MUDRA, Stand-Up India, Startup India, Udyam Registration, and others.
• Digital Marketing Services: Social media management, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google My Business setup, paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads), content creation, and brand identity development.
• Business Consultancy: Business plan and Detailed Project Report (DPR) preparation, growth strategy, market positioning, and operational guidance.
• All-in-One Growth Packages: Bundled packages combining the above services as described in our Products page.

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon individually between the Company and each Client through a separate engagement agreement or proposal.

3. Eligibility & Client Responsibilities

To engage our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into contracts under Indian law.
• Be the owner, authorized representative, or partner of the business for which services are sought.
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as required for service delivery.

As a Client, you are responsible for:

• Providing all documents, information, and approvals required for government scheme applications in a timely manner.
• Ensuring the accuracy and authenticity of all documents submitted to us. Any misrepresentation is solely your responsibility and liability.
• Making timely payments as per agreed payment terms.
• Cooperating with our team and attending consultations or follow-up meetings as scheduled.
• Maintaining confidentiality of any proprietary methodologies or strategies shared by us.

4. No Guarantee of Scheme Approval

Our role is to prepare the strongest possible application on your behalf, ensure documentation is complete, and follow up proactively. However, the sanction or rejection of an application is outside our control and does not entitle the Client to a refund of our service fees (except where specifically stated in our Refund Policy).

5. Fees & Payment Terms

Our service fees are communicated to each Client individually through proposals, engagement letters, or verbal agreements confirmed in writing (including WhatsApp). General payment terms:

• An advance/retainer payment is typically required before commencement of services.
• Balance payments are due as per milestones or timelines agreed in writing.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise.
• Payments may be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other mutually agreed payment methods.
• Late payments beyond 15 days of the due date may attract a delay charge of 2% per month.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

• All financial information, business data, and documents shared during the engagement.
• Our proprietary methodologies, templates, and processes.
• Any information explicitly marked or reasonably understood to be confidential.

This obligation of confidentiality survives the termination of the service engagement and continues for a period of 3 years thereafter, unless disclosure is required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, templates, strategies, and deliverables created by All In One Solutions Provider Pvt. Ltd. remain our intellectual property until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, the deliverables specific to your business (e.g., your DPR, marketing content) are transferred to you.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our proprietary methodologies, templates, or training materials for any purpose other than your own business without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or reputational harm.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by government authorities, banks, or third parties outside our control.
• We are not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information or fraudulent documents provided by the Client.

9. Termination of Services

By the Client: You may terminate our engagement by providing 15 days written notice (via email or WhatsApp). Any fees for work completed up to the date of termination are non-refundable, as per our Refund Policy.

By the Company: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services immediately if:

• You provide fraudulent, forged, or misrepresented documents or information.
• You fail to make payments within 30 days of the due date.
• Your conduct is abusive, threatening, or harmful to our staff.
• Continuing services would violate applicable law or regulations.

Upon termination, any government scheme applications already filed on your behalf will remain active unless you notify the relevant authority.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless All In One Solutions Provider Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, penalties, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms of Service.
• Inaccurate or fraudulent information or documents provided by you.
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Any third-party claim arising out of your use of our services.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jhalawar, Rajasthan, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
